Customer service is our number one priority.  It is at the heart of everything we do.  We are committed to providing the most effective and economical solution available for your commercial building and its specialized requirements, both in terms of materials recommended and the methods we use to install them.

In some cases, this may involve use of new and innovative materials and/or procedures.  In others, the tried and true may be more appropriate for your needs.  In either case, we make sure that you are fully aware of the advantages and disadvantages of each and that our recommendation is based on a detailed and fully disclosed cost/benefit analysis of each alternative.

The key to a successful project is effective communication with our customers, both before a project is undertaken and during every stage of its completion.  Only by making sure that both our customers and our team members are constantly and fully aware of the project’s requirements and what everyone is doing to meet them can we assure the project’s final success.

Our attention to detail is legendary.  Nothing is overlooked and there are no surprises.  We are aware that your financial and other commitments depend on our completion of the project on schedule and on budget, and we are committed to doing whatever it takes to make that happen.  Hundreds of customers have placed their trust in us.

A key factor that distinguishes Pereira Insulation is our commitment to finding a solution for every potential problem and situation. This was well exemplified after 9/11 when security in lower Manhattan was substantially increased, making work sites safer, but also making work on projects far more cumbersome.  Here is an example of innovation to work around extremely restrictive security requirements to meet customer needs:

Solution: Foley Square

Since the terrorist attacks of 2001, security surrounding federal buildings in the New York metro area had been dramatically increased.  When the United States Courthouse required new insulation, security regulations included Special operational requirements including use of dogs specially trained to sniff out explosives.

This interruption combined with a need not to disrupt courthouse operation would normally have caused significant delays for both materials delivery and personel access to buildings.

However, with diligent pre-planning and job management, Pereira was again consistent in completing the project on schedule and within budget.
